Her experience spans a broad range of tax advisory - from ongoing compliance obligations to complex issues arising from an organisation's structure, operations and growth, including matters involving the Polish tax authorities.

Partnership, responsibility and clear communication are central to her approach. By combining tax expertise with commercial judgement, Aneta helps clients assess risk, make well-informed decisions and navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment with confidence.

With extensive experience across the full spectrum of HR, Marlena combines strategic thinking with a strong understanding of people, organisations and business. Her approach is shaped by emotional intelligence, natural communication skills and an ability to bring clarity and direction to complex situations.

As Chief People & Culture Officer, she helps shape Verity's people strategy, organisational structures and ways of working, while also leading the firm's HR Advisory & Recruitment practice. Her work focuses on building strong teams, developing leadership capability and creating organisations in which both people and business can thrive.

She is particularly interested in organisational culture, employee experience, generational diversity, self-leadership and meaningful feedback.

Anna has extensive experience in accounting, finance and financial reporting, gained through many years of working with international businesses and complex financial environments. She combines strong technical expertise with a clear understanding of how finance should support management and business growth.

As Head of Finance & Reporting, Anna leads Verity’s Finance & Reporting practice, overseeing accounting, financial reporting and management reporting services for clients. Her work also spans controlling, process improvement and automation.

She is particularly focused on bringing structure and clarity to financial processes, helping clients build reliable reporting, improve visibility and make well-informed decisions.

Daria has nearly twenty years of experience in payroll and HR administration, gained through supporting large organisations and complex client environments. She combines strong technical expertise with a practical understanding of service delivery, compliance and the processes required to provide reliable, high-quality payroll support.

As Head of Payroll & HR Administration, Daria leads Verity’s Payroll & HR Administration practice, overseeing the delivery and development of services for clients. Her remit also includes process improvement, automation and the development of effective, high-performing teams.

She is particularly focused on building dependable services and strong teams, combining attention to detail with knowledge sharing, clear organisation and consistently high standards of client support.
